Email hello@spokenroom.com from the address you bought with. We refund through the merchant of record within five business days.
Early-bird reservations
Refundable in full at any time until the release date, for any reason or none.
Purchases
Refundable for 30 days from purchase. You do not have to give a reason, though if the reason is that the notes were not good enough, telling us which field and why is the most useful thing you can do.
The one thing we ask you to check first
Clinical note templates require 16 GB of memory, and the requirements page and the setup wizard both say so before you buy. If you bought on an 8 GB machine expecting SOAP notes, we will of course still refund you — we would just rather you had not had to ask.
After a refund
The licence is revoked. Your transcripts and notes remain on your computer; Spokenroom never held a copy and cannot delete them.
